Dalt Vila, the old walled town that sits above Ibiza Town, is a Unesco World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful places on the island. Cobbled streets, ancient walls, and a view from the top that stretches out over the whole bay. Worth exploring by day and just as good to come back to for dinner in the evening.
